Motivational Monday #20 - a grateful heart

Hello my lovelies!

Sometimes it is difficult to think of things that you are grateful for. Sometimes you are going through such a tough time you think there is nothing you are happy with. These are often the best times to think of what you are grateful for. They help you to appreciate the small things and the people in your life. I think that being grateful is one of the most attractive qualities to have. Being appreciative of life and nature and people makes you into a good person. This week I am challenging myself to wake up every morning with a grateful heart, even if it seems tough. I challenge you all to do the same! I want to see whether this small change can affect my mood and whether it makes me happier. I love being grateful and I love this quote!
