Blogmas Day 30: December favourites

Hello my lovelies!

I can't believe that we are now writing and reading the last 'favourites' posts of the year. How quickly has this year been?! Since it is the last favourites of 2014 I thought I would include my favourite experience too. There were loads to choose from but there was one stand out in my mind and I will share this later in the post!

iPhone 5s

In December I opted to upgrade my phone early and get the iPhone 5s. I know the iPhone 6 was out at the time but the contracts for that were just way too expensive. I have been loving my 5s, especially the touch ID log in feature. I have been having a lot of fun with that! I am also obsessed with the camera quality on this phone. The focus is quick and accurate and the photo's are of really high quality. I am also in love with this phone case that my sister got me for my birthday - how cute is it!

Vlogmas on YouTube

I have really enjoyed watching Vlogmas including Zoella, PointlessBlog, Sprinkle of Glitter, Tanya Burr and Jim Chapman. I love seeing what they get up to every day and it is nice to relax and watch the videos in the evening. I do think it is unfair that Zoe and Alfie got abuse for not doing it every day when they wanted some time to their selves. Everyone needs a break now and again! Sprinkle of Glitter's was my favourite series because it was full of sentimental Mummy-Daughter moments and it was a joy to watch Darcy's excitement for Christmas.

Pentatonix CD

This has been on in my car constantly throughout December. I still can't get over the fact they are acappela and it still sounds like it is a proper track! This has really got me into the festive spirit and it was nice to hear some traditional carols such as Hark the herald angel sing, Silent Night and Mary did you know on there. Sometimes it is nice to get away from the normal pop Christmas songs!

This has definitely been my favourite 'really TV' in December. This programme always makes me laugh out loud and I love the families in it. They are so honest and I really feel like I know them since I have been watching this since series 1! I am sad the series is over now but I cannot wait for the next one.

Death by chocolate palette

This palette is by Makeup Revolution and I will do a full review on it soon! It is a gorgeous palette filled with matte and shimmer browns, golds and greys. This has been perfect for the festive season - especially the glittery ones. You have outdone yourself again Makeup Revolution!

And here is my favourite experience of 2014...

Afternoon tea

I wrote a blog post on this here after I went for afternoon tea in February. This day stood out in my memory because I remember being so excited for this because I had never been to afternoon tea before. The food there was lovely and the place itself was gorgeous. They even had their own peacock! I went with a load of girls from my family and I just remember having the most wonderful time. We had our food and drink and then looked around the grounds at the beautiful scenery. It was perfect for photo's too! My Auntie even bought me some peacock earrings as a surprise a month later and posted them too me because they reminded her of that day. I had so many fond memories at this place and I most definitely would love to visit again!
