Yummy pancakes in 6 easy steps...

Hello my lovelies!

This is the first time I have ever posted a food based post. Now, don't get me wrong...I love my food but I wouldn't really say that I am great at cooking! I was reluctant to call this post a recipe because I followed it off the BBC Good Food website and didn't really add anything extra to call it my own. However, this pancake was so delicious that I had to share the recipe with you! It is simple, easy and took around 10 minutes to make. The ingredients listed below are for 1 pancake so increase the measurements if you wish to make more. For those that want to know this is only 107 calories too!

Ingredients
100g plain flour
1 egg
 1/2 tbsp of sunflower oil and extra for the pan
75ml of semi-skimmed milk
Pinch of salt 

 Add a pinch of salt to your 100g of pre-measured plain flour.

 Make a well in your flour and crack your egg into the centre of it.

 Add your 75ml of semi-skimmed milk into the mixture.

 Whisk your mixture from the middle outwards so the flour gradually mixes into the batter. Stop whisking once it is slightly thick. If you think it is too watery you can always add more flour depending on how thick you like your pancakes.

 Put some sunflower oil into a pan to prevent the pancake from sticking. Add your mixture and do not touch it for 30 seconds. After this you can flip your pancake and wait until it goes a golden brown on both sides.

 Add garnishing of your choice to your pancake. I went for banana, grapes and honey. After this you can enjoy the yuminess of your gorgeous pancake!
