September Favourites

Hello my lovelies!

October is finally approaching which means colder weather, hot chocolates and lots of fun activities. I am a massive lover of Autumn, especially the holidays that come along with it! This favourites post was one of the easiest ones I have done. I didn't need to strain to think of something. Some are a tad random - but that's just me I am afraid!

Gone Girl
I bought this book after hearing loads of people rave about it. At the time I was going to be traveling on the Eurostar so I thought it was the perfect time to buy it. I absolutely loved this book, although I was a little disappointed by the ending. I loved this book because it takes an unconventional turn that I definitely was not expecting. It is so different from other crime and thriller novels that I have read and it was nice to read something new and fresh. I really got involved with the characters and I didn't want the book to end!

Soft mints
I did say there were some weird ones in here! I used to eat these all the time but stopped for some reason. This month I went out for lunch with my Mum and we ate some garlic heavy food. Afterwards I wanted to buy some mints and got these. I have been buying them again ever since! I am not a big fan of hard mints so these are perfect and leave me feeling minty fresh.

MAC Paramount lipstick
I bought this during my trip to Paris and I love it. It is a dark brown with red and purple undertones to it. This shade is perfect for Autumn and I have been wearing it with pretty much every outfit. It compliments pretty much every colour that I own. I have written a review about this too which is coming soon!

The Simpsons Tapped Out game
This game is not new by any means but I only found out about it a few months ago. I am so obsessed with this game I just can't even tell you. Basically you re-build Springfield after a nuclear explosion. You have to follow quests, earn money, give your characters tasks and re-build the village. It is so much fun and so addictive. If you like The Simpsons then please give this game a try!

Sephora foundation
My final favourite from September  also came from my trip to Paris. When I visited Sephora I was offered a free make over by one of their beauticians. They used this foundation while doing my make-up and I was so impressed with the finish. It has a heavier coverage compared to what I usually go for but I just love the final look it creates. I have been using this for nights out or days where I won't get a chance to re-do mu make-up and it has been working perfectly!
