Day in the life #3; Murder Mystery...

Hello my lovelies!

This post is well overdue but I didn't want to leave it. So, this is a day in the life from the 25th March (whoopsie). On this day PsychSoc hosted a Murder Mystery formal event in our university, this is the first time the Psychology Society has hosted a formal so we were super excited for it. There was a time when we didn't think it was going to go ahead due to numbers and catering but that isn't too relevant. The evening consisted of 2 courses of food, bottles of wine, a bar and a fun murder mystery to solve. We had 6 actors that are members of the society and they did an amazing job. There was a DVD playing too with a narrator dressed as Poirot which was hilarious too. Since this happened near Easter the death we were trying to solve was chocolate related which was an eggcelent plot...see what I did there ;) the actors acted between the courses and then we wrote down who we thought was the murderer at the end. I actually knew the murderer so I was the adjudicator who got to see the results before anyone else...ah the power! Only 3 people out of 45 got it right which in my eyes made it a success because it wasn't too easy! At the end of all of this we gave certificates to the actors and chocolates to the winners. It was such a lovely evening and I definitely recommend a Murder Mystery party if you are stuck on ideas. Now to let the pictures do the talking...
